A booking is confirmed after our team contacts you on WhatsApp and we receive a deposit of Rp 25.000. This deposit counts towards your total and is deducted from the final amount when the service is complete. Until the deposit is received, the slot is not reserved. We will reach out as quickly as possible after you submit the booking form.
Please let us know at least 2 hours before your scheduled slot if you need to cancel or reschedule. You can reach us on WhatsApp. We will do our best to find an alternative time that works for you.
The Rp 25.000 deposit is non-refundable if a cancellation is made less than 2 hours before the scheduled service time. If you cancel more than 2 hours in advance, we will discuss a refund or a free reschedule depending on the circumstances.
If we need to cancel your booking due to weather, an emergency, or any reason on our side, you may choose either a full refund of your deposit or a reschedule to the nearest available slot at no extra cost. We will contact you as soon as possible in this case.
Approved refunds are returned through the same payment method used for the deposit. We aim to process approved refunds within a reasonable time after the request is confirmed. Please contact us on WhatsApp or by email if you have questions about a refund.
