Welcome to SparkWash Bali. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website at www.sparkwashbali.com and the mobile car wash and detailing services we provide. By booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
SparkWash Bali provides on demand mobile car washing and detailing at the customer location, including villas, homes, and offices, across Canggu and the surrounding areas of Bali. Operating hours are every day from 08.00 to 19.00 Bali time (WITA, UTC+8).
Bookings are made in advance through our website or our official contact channels. You must provide a precise location, either an address or a map pin, and make sure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time. Please also make sure a power source and access to water are available at the location, since our team brings a long hose. Submitting the booking form is a request and does not by itself guarantee a confirmed appointment. A booking is confirmed after our team contacts you on WhatsApp.
All prices on our website are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). After you submit a booking, our team confirms the details on WhatsApp and sends you a secure online payment link through our licensed payment gateway. You can pay by bank transfer or virtual account, e-wallet such as GoPay or ShopeePay, QRIS, or credit and debit card. Depending on the option agreed, you may pay a deposit to secure your slot or the full amount. Your slot is secured once payment is received.
Prices are listed per car. A car size surcharge and a transport fee based on your area may apply. The full total, including any surcharge and transport fee, is shown before you confirm your booking. Prices may change, but the price shown at the time of your confirmed booking will apply to that booking.
Please remove all personal and valuable items from the vehicle before the service begins. SparkWash Bali is not responsible for items left inside the vehicle. Please also tell us about any pre-existing damage, delicate parts, or special instructions regarding the vehicle before the service starts.
Our team takes great care with every vehicle. SparkWash Bali is not liable for pre-existing wear and tear, paint chips, or mechanical or electrical issues that were not caused by our direct negligence during the service.
In case of heavy rain or severe weather, the service may be rescheduled to the nearest available slot or day at no extra charge. We will contact you as soon as possible if this happens.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page. Continued use of our service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
