SparkWash Bali provides on-demand car washing at the customer location across Canggu and the surrounding areas of Bali. Operating hours are every day from 08.00 to 19.00 Bali time (WITA, UTC+8).
A booking request is submitted through the website. It becomes confirmed only after our team contacts the customer on WhatsApp and a deposit of Rp 25.000 is received. This deposit counts towards your total and is deducted from the final amount when the service is complete. Submitting the form does not by itself guarantee a confirmed appointment.
Service runs in daily time slots at 08.00 to 10.00, 12.00 to 14.00, and 16.00 to 18.00 Bali time. Each slot is limited to one booking at a time and is shown as taken once filled. We do our best to arrive within the chosen slot window.
Prices are listed per car. A transport fee applies based on the customer area and is shown before the booking is submitted. The total shown at the time of booking is the expected amount. Prices are subject to change, but the price shown at the time of your confirmed booking will apply to that booking.
To get the best result, we ask customers to make sure two things are ready at the location during the chosen slot: a power source and access to water. The distance to the water source is flexible since our team carries a long hose. If you are unsure whether your location is suitable, let us know when we confirm your booking and we will help you sort it out.
In case of heavy rain or severe weather, the service may be rescheduled to the nearest available slot or day at no extra charge. We will contact you as soon as possible if this happens.
We take care with every vehicle. Please inform us of any pre-existing damage before the service begins so we can note it. We are not liable for damage that was present before the service started or for damage resulting from conditions outside our reasonable control.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page. Continued use of our service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
