When you book with us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the address or landmark you provide, and an optional map location (either a pin you drop or your current GPS location) so our team can reach you at the right place.
We use this information only to schedule your service, contact you on WhatsApp or by email about your booking, and improve how we run our service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing purposes.
If you share your current location via the browser or drop a pin on the map, we store the coordinates to help our team find you. Sharing a pin is optional. If you do not share a location, we will rely on the address text you provide.
Your booking information is stored securely with our database provider. We take reasonable steps to protect it from unauthorised access. We keep your data only as long as needed for our service and for reasonable record-keeping purposes.
You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by contacting us using the details on our contact page. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable time.
